FAQ

What is Spinmiles?
Our PWA is a web-based progressive web application (PWA) that allows users to participate in sweepstake-style casino and arcade games by using frequent player points. Our App is tightly integrated with our B2B partners app FXPMiles through which the players will be converting their flyer points into virtual gaming coins and does not offer standalone registrations. All access is managed through Single Sign-ON (SSO). Spinmile offers players a multi-(crypto)-currency account. Depending on the airline through which he uses the frequent flyer points he will be having different sub-balances. These are not convertible.
- SPIN is the abbreviation for the SPIN gaming points with which the player is playing in the casino.
- They are converted from the frequent player points via FXPMiles cashier into playable gaming points
- In some casinos, the convention may be reduced to SPN due to character limitations
- 1000 spin mile points (coins) equal 1 gaming coin, valuing 0.10 USD
- All registrations for Spinmiles are handled through the FXPmiles app. You must already have an FXPmiles account before you can register for Spinmiles.
- If you choose to use your frequent flyer points for playing, a Spinmiles account will be created automatically by passing your username, email, phone number, balance for crediting, and language preferences.
- Once your account is registered, accessing the Spinmiles PWA will connect you to your FXPmiles app. You will be redirected to Spinmiles in a new browser tab after OTP validation. No additional login is required at Spinmiles, as you will be automatically logged in via SSO. Your session will remain active as long as your FXPmiles session is valid. Even if you close the browser, a running session will still be maintained.
- Before playing, you will need to transfer coins from FXPmiles to fund your Spinmiles account. If you run out of coins during gameplay, you must return to FXPmiles to transfer more. Similarly, to cash out funds, you must use FXPmiles, as there is no cashier within the Spinmiles PWA.
- All transactions are in virtual coins via FXPmiles—there is no conversion to fiat currency and no payment methods to select.
- You can have different balances based on airline accounts (e.g., SPIN-RYN, SPIN-QA, SPIN-BA for Ryanair, Qatar Airways, British Airways). You can choose which airline balance to use for gameplay and transfer coins accordingly. If you run out of coins, you can either transfer more from FXPmiles or select another available airline balance.
- If you do not have any frequent flyer points available in FXPmiles to convert into SPIN coins, you will need to generate new points through your airline (by flying, credit card transactions, or other methods offered by the airline).
Registration for Spinmiles is completed through the FXPmiles app. When you choose to play in the Casino (Spinmiles), an account is automatically created by passing your username, email address, phone number, and available balance to Spinmiles. Registration for Spinmiles is not possible outside of FXPmiles.
The user journey begins with an invitation from the airline, directing the user to register for an FXPmiles (Frequent Flyer Program) account. A user may hold multiple airline accounts; if those airlines partner with FXPmiles, the user will receive a separate invitation link for each airline they are registered with (for example, a British Airways user will receive an invitation specific to BA).
Each invitation link leads to an FXPmiles registration page customized for the respective airline, and loyalty points or rewards are credited only to that specific airline account. Once a user has linked their airline account to FXPmiles, they can begin using FXPmiles services.
You can link as many airline accounts to FXPmiles—and consequently to Spinmiles—as you own and wish to use for gaming. You will be able to choose which airline balance you want to play with and can change your balance consumption preferences directly within your Spinmiles account.
Login is only possible through an active session shared with FXPmiles. You must first open FXPmiles, which creates the session. When you select the Casino option to open Spinmiles, you are redirected in an active session mode. The redirection between the two applications is seamless, and an active FXPmiles session is always required.
For this reason, Spinmiles does not have a separate login or logout button. No additional login is needed when you are redirected from FXPmiles to Spinmiles. If you close the FXPmiles browser tab, the Spinmiles session will remain active; however, access will be denied once the FXPmiles session expires.
You should regain access to the gaming app through FXPmiles.
You are not able to change your email address or password through the gaming app. For any assistance, please contact FXPmiles support.
Only casino games are available to play. Titles from Betsoft, Evoplay, WinFast, Voidbridge, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint, and Turbo Games are supported.
Transfers of funds into and out of the casino can only be made through the FXPmiles cashier interface. On Spinmiles, you will be provided with a link that redirects you back to FXPmiles, and you will also be able to view the balance of the airline wallet you selected to use.
You may also use balances from other airline wallets that you have aggregated; however, you can only consume funds from one airline at a time. If you have points from other airlines that are not yet visible on Spinmiles, this means they must first be activated in FXPmiles via the invitation link.
If you run out of balance and no longer have points available on FXPmiles—whether from the same airline or other airlines—you can only obtain additional points directly through your airline. This may be done by flying more to earn points again or through other options your airline may offer, such as earning frequent-flyer points via certain credit card transactions. For further assistance, you may contact FXPmiles directly.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct Spin wallet in your gaming account—one that has an available balance—as you may have configured multiple wallets if you aggregated several airline accounts through FXPmiles. If you are unable to locate your funds within the Spinmiles app, please escalate the issue to the FXPmiles support team.
