FXP Miles - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the FXP Miles platform (“FXP Miles”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using FXP Miles, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About FXP Miles

FXP Miles is a digital technology platform operated by FXPedite Cyprus LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus.

FXP Miles enables business customers (B2B and B2B2C) to offer their end users access to functionality that allows them to:

  • Connect airline Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) accounts
  • Transfer loyalty points
  • Use loyalty points in connection with casino and gaming services provided by licensed third-party operators

FXP Miles acts solely as a technology and integration provider. It does not operate as:

  • An airline
  • A casino or gaming operator
  • A payment institution or financial service provider

All airline, gaming, and payment services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms and licenses.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

FXP Miles may only be used by end users who:

  • Hold a valid airline Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) account
  • Are 18 years of age or older

Certain functionalities of FXP Miles may enable access to casino or gaming services operated by third parties. By using FXP Miles, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to access gaming-related services in your jurisdiction
  • You meet all age and legal requirements imposed by applicable laws

FXP Miles reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility or age requirements are not met.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Securing login credentials
  • All activities conducted through their account

Users must not allow unauthorized access to their account.

FXP Miles may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to:

  • Protect users
  • Ensure system security
  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations

4. Loyalty Points Disclaimer

Loyalty points:

  • Are not money
  • Do not represent cash, electronic money, or stored value

FXP Miles does not determine, control, or guarantee:

  • Point valuation
  • Redemption availability
  • Airline program rules

Airlines may modify their loyalty programs at any time. FXP Miles is not responsible for such changes.

5. Transfers, Wallets, and Transactions

Transfers of points or balances:

  • May be delayed, declined, or reversed
  • Are subject to technical, compliance, or third-party constraints

FXP Miles may temporarily:

  • Freeze transfers
  • Restrict balances
  • Suspend transactions

These measures may be applied to prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.

6. Gaming and Casino Services

FXP Miles provides technical access to third-party gaming and casino platforms.

  • Gaming involves financial risk
  • Outcomes and winnings are not guaranteed

FXP Miles:

  • Does not operate gaming services
  • Does not influence gaming outcomes
  • Does not provide gambling licenses

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding gaming rules
  • Complying with local laws
  • Practicing responsible gaming

7. Third-Party Services

FXP Miles integrates with independent third parties, including:

  • Airlines and loyalty programs
  • Licensed casino and gaming providers
  • External technology platforms

FXP Miles is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages or failures
  • Rule changes
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party systems

8. Payments and Security

FXP Miles does not request, process, or store raw payment card data.

Where payments are involved:

  • Processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers

Users must not transmit sensitive payment data through support or communication channels.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt system manipulation
  • Abuse platform functionality
  • Circumvent security controls

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

10. Suspension and Termination

FXP Miles may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

  • Fraud or abuse
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Balances may be frozen if required by law.

Inactive accounts may be closed following reasonable notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform technology remain the property of FXPedite Cyprus LTD or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform under these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FXP Miles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law
  • FXP Miles is not responsible for third-party actions or outcomes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to the Platform or Terms

FXP Miles may update the platform or these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. Unresolved disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
